Default SYMPTOMS point toward TMJ / Teeth Grinding at Night

Hi,

I have similar facial pain and associated headaches. I have since been treated with a mouth guard that gets adjusted every two weeks. This has decreased the facial pain and headaches quite a bit. Medical doctors are not trained in diagnosing TMJ disorders, neither are dentists. You basically diagnose yourself and then go to an orthodontist to get an appliance made to see if it helps any.

Sincerely,

Frank
