I have to say ,in my case Iam so happy Ihad the T.O.S.surgery rib removal. It was very painful and takes huge recovery time ,but Iam so greatful my hand is no longer cold and no wrist ,elbow or shooting cramp pains ,only my nerves in my neck and shoulder are still tender and if I over work ,its so painful!Yet I am greatful for the the recovery so far ,even though Istill away to go,still neck pains and shoulder pain ,I am glad I had the surgery, good luck
