Hello Been there and get the medal had my Colliod cyst/Third ventrical removed back in 1987 at Oxford (then a rare case )and then a daughter of 7years and son of 9years it took around a year to get over the op itself but left with short term memory probs looking at me now many years past you would never know, I still have memory probs and have lots of jobs but i here and living my life,daughter married +granddaughter & son +grandson and have travelled the world, still have small related problems memory etc
but i here typing this out on my laptop !
