I agree with this. I think it is difficult to blame neurontin directly as many other things are in play with weight gain, much less what this condition can do to your body metabolism, etc. And activity level is definitely one of the things that goes down with most people with CRPS.

I've seen other drugs blamed for weight gain as well. Weight gain is a common byproduct of CRPS. But research as to actual clinical proof of medication causing it is slim to non-existent and as they say...."your results may vary".

I am on a high dosage of neurontin and I actually I weigh 15 pounds less now than I did before I developed CRPS.
