well all but one of my meds say that. personally no real effect mentally. I find that most of my rage, sorrow, frustration, loneliness comes directly from RSD and my life change and lack of real sleep. If you are feeling this deep depression you should see a shrink if you aren't already. I know part of my RSD treatment is seeing a pain psych. to monitor my mental and emotional status. I suggest that you not wait. seek help immediately .
