Welcome to NeuroTalk. You have found a place with lots of people with tinnitus.

There are very few who have success overcoming their tinnitus. Most with tinnitus use coping skills to ignore it.

I am confused by your comment "my ear is kind of loosing it’s hearing power and I am scared that it might be tinnitus."

I have chronic tinnitus but it does no effect my ability to hear unless I am trying to hear something that is very faint.

You should get checked by an ENT (Ear Nose and Throat doctor) or at a hearing aid clinic. The hearing aid clinic can help you understand what is happening.
