I was just wondering if anyone has tried any of these. I had a problem with Claritin so the others will be very much the same. I called the pharmacist and most are about the same. I want to try an H1 blocker first, then add h2 like Zantac. Both need to be used for Mast Cell activation. I talk to people with POTS and Mast cell online and everyone has one they take, but many do not have the autonomic neuropathy I have to be careful with. If I ever find something I can take I think I will improve furthere.

I am using Quercitin and Nettles by Designs for Health right now. I may need to use it for a longer time to see if it will be what I need but so far, it is not enough.

This isn't allergy, it is dermotographia, itching, severe flushing, Orthostatic intolerance, problems with vasular tone=pooling of the blood so it is not able to stay in the heart and brain.. nothing with eyes, nose etc.
