No I don't take calcium.... occasionally I use Maalox which is calcium but not every day.(for my GI problem)
I eat alot of cheese, yogurt, kefir and Lactaid milk.
Because I am taking 10,000 IU Vit D3 every other day, I don't take additional calcium. Vit D improves absorption quite a bit.
