Cjm,

You need to take an inventory of your symptoms. Then, work to see what environment and tasks you can tolerate. It will be difficult to compare to others with PCS because of the variability of symptoms.

It is usually not an either/or, yes/no consideration. It is a managed effort.

It is a "I can do 'x' for only so long but can do 'y' all day if the room is quiet" type of calculation.

It is very important to understand your capabilities.

It will be helpful if you put some paragraph spacing in your posts. It makes it much easier for some of us to read who struggle to follow from line to line. My tolerance is about 5 or 6 lines to a paragraph.
