I say bring a box of q tips, a box of kleenex, and a tape recorded message that is on lupe play back. give the dr all three. start with the q tips and say.. clean out your ears and listen to your patient. 2, hand him the kleenex and say wipe your tears and get over yourself, then hand him the recorder with a pre recorded message of what he needs to listen to. over and over again until it finally sinks in.
