after my last back operation, i
used so hard to pee, that the rectal wall pushed into the vaginal canal. When i went for a transvaginal scan it showers two prolapses, one the rectal one and the other the cervix. It also picked up a polyp on my cervix and a suspicious looking shadows on one of my ovaries.

My surgeon suggested taking both ovaries taken out lapasopially (sp) and a vaginal hysterectomy with repairs done then.

What i want to know is what to,expect??? In all of it
