I wonder if I can explain tenured properly...our sil has his Ph.D and has been on the tenure track for a long time...you have to publish....etc. Now that he has attained this goal...he can't be fired unless he commits a grave act...he never would...he is a sweetheart. Congrats to Dr.G...!!! He teaches classical guitar and makes our Bizi happy. *grin
