OMG! I have been getting terrible headaches every single day...not to mention my neck is so swollen and sensitive all the time. I wonder if not napping during the day may be causing this. I can't seem to fall asleep...not during the day...not during the night, for that matter. Any suggestions on what helps anyone here fall asleep?
