Brain-friendly breakfast suggestions?
Does anyone have any good suggestions for brain-friendly breakfast foods? Typically I've been eating oatmeal with yogurt and fruit (e.g., blueberries, raspberries, peaches, bananas) - sometimes with ground flaxseed added for omega-3s - juice, often a boiled or scrambled egg, sometimes fried tomatoes or bacon or spelt toast with PB or J. I would like to mix it up a bit more - any ideas?
