Well then, given your unique history, I would then consider the thought of a cervical root block. Although nothing is without risks, that kind of procedure is on the lower end of the spectrum, (interlaminar being safer than selective nerve root block) for adverse events and it may prove to be of some value as well!

Funny (odd) what you say about short term memory...I find myself scanning for the right words sometimes and I rely ever so heavily on spell check now, which I never did before....
