I agree that you should seek a referral to an epileptologist, one who specializes in diagnosing and treating seizure disorders.

Have you been taking the med with or without meals? Some meds need to be taken on an empty stomach, others require that you eat something to help the body absorb the med without nausea. For instance, I take Depakote ER & have to eat something before, otherwise I fight major nausea all day and then can't eat either! Talk with your pharmacist for a quick response on what to do.

In my experience, prior to my surgery, doctors never saw any lesions or cysts through MRI. Only the EEG's came out abnormally. I'd therefore assume that you have some growth in your LTL which is what's causing the seizures to occur. You may need to ask the epileptologist if surgery would be the best treatment for you to gain control over your seizures.
