My Megs drinks pediasure daily.....I always add a little strawberry or chocolate syrup to hers, kind of makes it taste better. Megs loves it, but.....I think it is horrid tasting would make me gag too......Also you may try adding some carnation instant breakfast to it, that gives it a nicer flavor too....Good luck deary
