Firstly, thanks for the response.

I do know that in the morning, when I wake, the numbness is at its least. I've never tried elevating above my head for any length of time.

Sometimes there is fluid swelling and sometimes not - no specific pattern.

Never tried Epsom Salts - the numbness was something I just endured without knowing what it might be....until I found this forum.

It took me a while to understand the navigation here and I now see there is a specific Peripheral Neuropathy sub-group, so I'm headed over there now to read a lot more.
