I see you are in Central KY. I had rehab at Cardinal Hill in Lex, KY. Inpatient and outpatient. It really helped me, and helped me return to full time employment afterwards. I was also able to retire from National Guard with 24 years service. I hope you are doing well, and that your recovery is good.
