Khakis: You are not alone with a burning chest. I know many TOS sufferers with this symptom. Mine use to burn from my clavicles to my lower diaphragm in the front and all the way down the back to the same area - a burning apron!

With correct PT, the chest burning is gone. The back burning is about 70% gone. Twisting, bending, extending, etc. will usually bring it on in my back.

I've known many people with a burning nipple. Yes, I said it, a burning nipple. I met a PT who practiced in a Middle Eastern country (Lyrica brain can't remember) who said many of his patients presented with a left burning nipple with TOS.

It's a horrible feeling and I hope yours will go away soon.
