Probably not. There are lots of benign reasons for a feeling of pressure in the ears.
Have you tried chewing gum to see if the jaw movement helps normalize your ears?
An anti-histamine can also help if your ear pressure is from a histamine reaction. Ask a pharmacist for a recommendation. I use chlorpheniramine maleate. It is sold as Chlortrimeton and many other names. It is over the counter in the US. .
