You are just being a hypochondriac. It can take time for ears to settle down. The doctor cleared you of anything to worry about.

Relax.

You may actually not have anything different about your ears. A symptom of concussion can be a hypersensitivity to a single sensation. Your brain may just be overly focused on ear sensation.

The anxiety issues, such as hypochondria, and a myriad of other obsessions and anxieties can be the most prominent symptom of concussion.

It may take a week or even a few months for your brain to start to settle down.

If this is your worst symptom, consider yourself extremely fortunate.
