First thanks for sharing your concern ...
I am 30 years old female and from last 2 weeks , I am facing severe headache, memory loss, fatigue and at times feel shocks in hands and legs.

Today I got my B12 report and the levels have dropped further to 224 pg/ml and increased MCV and RBC counts.
Hb quotient is also on the lower side - 9.5.

I checked with my doctor ( Neurolosit) and he was not sure what can cause the Myroclonic jerks which I feel quite often.
My hands start jerking momentarily and feel shocks in upper part of the body.

I also feel uneasiness .

Any ideas will really help..
