My TOS is primarily on my left. When it was at its worst in summer of 2011, it was tilted ever so slightly down.

I'm guessing that tilted slightly up is the correct anatomy and that going to far in either direction causes problems or is a sign of problems. But I don't yet know what the healthy range of the angle is.
