Default Burning mouth
Naturopathic Doctors DO know what BMS is. Maybe not the cause, but they can help. I've tried all the above but find Alpha Lipoic Acid 2-3X daily (no less than 600mg in one day) has really helped. Not cured, but certainly made tolerable
