thanks for the good advice... ok i will do upper body - i can do that! better than nothing for sure!

don't worry if issues persist i will ask for diagnostics. "fortunately" i have still been depressed enough (seemed to get better but am not stable) that i can't stand to go out much anyway. i do gentle stretching on my legs too, and i massage my feet (passive stretching) on the areas that are not affected. i avoid any movement that causes pain - very careful.
Tai Chi is actually a Chinese discipline... yes it does look lovely doesn't it... i've seen groups do it in parks... all those slow graceful movements.

only thing is they most often do it at dawn... eeeeks. i am so NOT a morning person.
