Hello all,

Yes, I’m new…… but, not new to essential tremor. I was born with it. It has progressed over the years. I’m still learning. I’ve tried medications they did not work. I hoping to find new ways to cope and I know I’m just going to be that shaky little old lady as I get older…Heck I’m that way now *smile*
