The only thing I can think of is due to the EDS they just keep popping up very easily...
can you take a friend or family member to learn how to drop them down for you, so you don't have to keep going & paying for adjusting.

I think my chiro would have showed dh or a friend how to do it if it was something I needed very often or ongoing...

Mine popped up a few times after the extreme spasm episode, but stayed down for the most part after spasms were gone & chiro readjusted those times.

But I only have moderate hyper mobility, EDS is a whole other complicating factor...for you..

I can now feel when mine start to go up and stop doing whatever it is if I can.
I can also get then to relax and drop back with rest, if I rest those muscles that are pulling , then they go back down.

In Sept 2011 decided to see how long I could go without any chiro/adjusting/PT and so far I've been doing OK on my own with home stuff.
I had been going monthly since 2005.
Just thought I'd try and see how I did on my own for awhile..
