wow its amazing youre typing at all, congratz. that must be a good sign.
so you can move your ribs around more easily, like t-spine? i would assume its too soon post op to really tell. and then eventually maybe you can get your entire rib cage to be more symmetrical with exercise since it's unstuck?
the thing about scalenes/scm is they CAN get aggravated but it's because the ribs are jacked up. that's my experience, not the other way around. good to know im not aloen
