Hopeful, Dr. Blaylock is a retired neuro surgeon who now writes a monthly newsletter about many issues. He wrote a book many years ago about excitotoxins in relation to ADD and ADHD which my daughter still refers to occasionally. A child psychologist referred my son to the book because he goes into quite a bit of detail about the optimum diet for ADD kids, and one of his boys wasn't eating right at the time.
