I haven't worked specifically on my posture that much, but I've been doing joint mobility exercises for the past two years, and I've noticed that my posture has improved. I think as my body has loosens up, it's just made it easier, and more comfortable, to maintain better posture. It hasn't cured my TOS, but it has improved some.
