Sleeper, you described my own symptoms exactly! My Neuro still says RRMS for me but I think otherwise. I think he might be holding out hope that I might try one of the DMD's in the future.

Cognitive issues rarely.....unless I really think about it and then I can convince myself of just about anything.

Sadsister, has your sister had any cognitive testing done? It sounds like she might have something in addition to the MS going on. Might be worth looking into.
