Not that I have anything to add....I take a total of 300 mg of Mestinon a day... my acetylcholine test was 239 (so the same CRAZY HIGH NUMBER AS YOU!!!) I have not "met" anyone with high numbers like mine and just glad to have finally met someone...I am new to the diagnosis (March of this year was the positive results)...I have just started getting a few leg cramps and arm cramps...wasn't sure if it is Mestinon or something else!!!
