I wonder if I told you awhile back about my friend struggling with a large rare sarcoma wrapped around his spine, tailbone and hip. I wonder at the shock of the outcome after 8 surgical teams spent 15 hours in surgery successfully removing the tumor and replacing a portion of his spine with an artificial one. Upon closing him up his heart stopped. The spent 9 am to midnight with a succesful surgery and his heart stopped on closing. They then spent til 3 am trying to revive him to no avail.

I wonder if you can say a prayer for his wife Karen and his 17 year old daughter Aslynn.

I wonder at how difficult the visitation today and funeral tomorrow will be.
