Since the concussion I sustained, I have been diagnosed with an allergy to wheat due to reactions I was having when I ate it. (I was never allergic to wheat before the concussion!)

It's not Celiac Disease, but it's still very challenging to live with. And it's very important for me to avoid wheat in order to maintain optimal brain health.
