AnnaMarie, It takes about 30 minutes or more to kick in. You posted at 7:06 and you said you took it at 7:00 (is the forum clock on ET/Kentucky time?). Hopefully, by now you feel better.

If you don't get enough Mestinon, especially towards the end of the day, it may not be sufficient to make you feel better. I really hope it does work for you.
