I don't know why but when I am having one of those nights it helps to move my pillow to the end of the bed. I have a spare quilt and I just push my covers aside and cuddle up with my quilt. Now my cat doesn't know what to think of me sleeping down at her end of the bed but she just cuddles up by my head and we go to sleep.
