Feel for you. I too suffer from frequent back spasms when trying to walk further than a few steps. Am in the process of waiting on a self propelled wheelchair which I found incredible in hospital and have borrowed my mums little mobility scooter for now.

The only thing that helps me is diazepam and rest .. Aswell as my pain relief.
