My kids think I am just a bit stubborn, although I prefer to call it dedicated. I went from wearing my former work shoes, they were really comfortable, and I bought 3 o 4 pairs at a time, to velcro track shoes, to flip flops, to barefoot.
Shoes that gave me the best traction became more of a problem as the disease progressed for me. Flip flops were nice because a lot of the time the straps would break if I tripped. I can trip on a carpet or throw rug. even grass isn`t a safe walking place for me, but it is a lot softer than concrete!
!'m Paul, I fall.
