The hydration, walking, and vitamins are all really good. The omega-3s from fish oil are also helpful.

What do you listen to on the radio? The TV is probably not helpful unless you are watching very very slow, calm shows.

What kind of things are you eating? Is the ensure in addition to or instead of food?
