I'm not too sure why I'm posting but I just felt like posting, so...here's my update on my progress. It would probably help someone pick something up maybe...
I had known since long that I have a problem with attention and focusing, and reading up on ADD last week confirmed that I had just that. It was affecting my career a lot so I began changing my habits and here's what I did.
I resumed exercising for about 20 minutes a day on alternate days.
I changed my diet to have Oats for breakfast, whole rice for lunch and wheat for dinner (I'm a vegetarian

).
I made sure I get enough sleep.
I started taking cod liver oil.
I started practicing concentration exercises, I realized how hard it is to keep my mind still when I started off, it would have been easier to run a hundred miles I guess. But anyways I find it easier now and I practice twice daily.
What I still find hard and almost always fail at is...sticking to deadlines. Every time I take a deadline seriously and intend on sticking to it, it feels like a huge burden... until the deadline is over or I give up and let myself be free, if you understand. Especially when it comes to studying. I even tend to subconsciously stay away from it. Any ideas?
And my biggest problem yet, is sitting down and studying, I just cannot seem to stay focused. When I find a solution to that I believe most of my problems in life will be over.
The end.
