I think just the mere lack of physical activity is what has upset my stomach for the most part recently.

At first I was on a lot of pain medications and that really wreaked havoc with my body, including a lot of serious stomach issues.

I also experience quite a bit of on and off heart burn, but I think that has to do with not being able to be more physically active too.
