Your best bet will likely be working for a public health service, since you can receive priority placement due to your disability. It's been years since I looked into this, but the best place to start would be your local Vocational Rehabilitation Services. Some companies in the private sector receive tax breaks for hiring disabled employees as well. Insurance companies hire nurses to speak with their customers, etc.
