I feel as though my body is in motion when i'm still. But I don't feel like the world is spinning around me. I feel unsteady on my feet but I can walk. Usually brought on by too much head movement or physical movement or too much loud noise. Also worse when I lay down and close my eyes (which is why i have insomnia).
They don't think it's labyrinthitis because it usually goes away within a month if it's that.
I am going to ask my chiro and neurologist if they think it my be cervical vertigo. As the MRI did find a disk bulge in my cervical spine.

I have no idea what it is. If it's this Nystagmus, then I'm sure the eye specialists will figure that out while I'm in therapy.
The dizziness I've experienced has gotten better and better over time. Recently, I've had full days where I haven't been dizzy at all, so that gives me a lot of hope that whatever is causing it is healing. Then it will come back a little and I think that the vision therapy might help it.
All I can do, is try to look a the big picture and recognize that every problem I have because of this brain injury is still getting better.
