Here are the details... I fell skateboarding down a huge hill on new years (five months ago). I fell and went unconscious, woke up back at the house vomiting. I went home the next morning and because I dont have health insurance tried to rest the injury off. Three days later after non stop migrant type headaches I went to the ER and got a CT scan. There was bleeding and bruising to the brain. I was givien sine type of steroid and asked to come back in a month. A month later I *Found out the *Bleeding had after getting my a 2nd CT scan.

** * * * A month or too after the accident, out of no where my smell became all distorted. It's been four months an still my smell and taste are distorted. I'm 19 years old, I don't want to live he rest of my life like this.. It's like my smell and taste are on the wrong setting. Instead of mouthwash and toothpaste smelling Minty, it smells sweet-like and taste like that too. Even the smell of fresh air is all distorted, as well a the taste on my mouth. *Please, please advice? I've been taking vitamin b everyday. I got a MRI with contrast and am planning to ask the neurologist if there's inflammation or damage to the nerve responsible for the sence of smell. I really, really would give anything for my sence of smell back.*

** * * *I lost my first love eight months ago and am just getting done being depressed about that and now I'm falling into a depression about this? I need a break.. Just a little help.. Please. If only I could get my smell back I know I'd be able to move on with my life. This is bringing my good spirits down.
