Default hi there.

Hi to all the above, some dr.suggest adding 200 to 400 milligrams of supplemental magnesium daily to one's diet.A welll known magnesium researcher, would go further and reportedly has recommended a daily intake of 4 to 6 to mg per kg of body weight per day for optimal health. Please before you take anything talk it over with your Dr..Also while your at it it is thought that chromium is essential for normal sugar metabolism. It works with insulin to move glucose into cells where it where it can be used to generate engergy.I will stop for now don't want you running for the hills. If you have a debectic center near have a dr. refer you as far as being hungry you just may not getting enough food, are you loosing weigh as well??? Well many blessing to all of you Sue
