We really need you to go back to when this started, and look at what you were doing, etc then.
Drugs, vaccines, illnesses, traumas, etc. Dietary habits, any tests you have had so far? Exposure to chemicals, new home with formaldehyde? Well water? solvents, stripping antique wood,
pesticides, gardening, exterminators ?
What blood work? Did you get B12 and Vit D measured? You need to know the numbers of the results, so don't accept "normal" from the doctor.
If you are going to try and find a trigger and try to heal up we need more information to point you in a useful direction.
