When my hypothyroidism was doing its "thing" it was equal on both feet. I also had it in my hands.

My feet hurt MORE at night when I get off my feet.

Pain that gets worse with standing and walking, is very different, IMO.

A carefully made orthotic from a podiatrist here is over $300.00.
Probably more now. I bought a pair for my son who had some pronation issues, and they fixed it right up. He was walking so much at college he was becoming incapacitated by the pain.
