Fasiculations may respond to magnesium improvement.
Either increase magnesium rich foods, or a quality supplement.
(not magnesium oxide).

You could also try a topical magnesium lotion or cream:
Epsom-It lotion, or Kirkman's magnesium cream applied directly to the areas that are giving trouble.
