I did have a car crash in the summer of 2010 which seemed to link with a worsening of my depression along with neck problems so maybe I had an undiagnosed concussion then too? although my head didn't hit anything the force still may have shaken my brain up a bit? (someone drove into the side of me)

I have woken up with a very bad headache this morning after an argument with my dad last night who seems to believe that I am able to go back to work as i am 'up and about' (he is at work in the day so doesnt see me having to take naps every couple of hours!) and i got very upset about a few comments he made. Guess my brain is still trying to recover
